Saudi Arabia is entering a new season, and the country is trying to build a connection to the world more than ever before. The launch of Riyadh Airlines, the country's new airline, is set to transform Saudi Arabia's tourism industry, with the airline set to fly by the end of 2025.
Riyadh Airlines is owned by the Kingdom's Public Investment Fund and was officially made public in March 2023 by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. As part of the digital first mission, the airline has launched a mobile app powered by AI. This mobile app allows travelers to do a lot of things, including booking trips, last minute high speed tracks, additional check bags, lounge access, events, accommodation, accommodation and more.

The app also uses advanced facial recognition to turn passenger faces into passports, boarding passes and payment methods, simplifying the airport process, eliminating queues and thus providing a smoother travel experience for passengers.
