Delta Air Lines is expanding its African route network. Starting October 25th, 2025, the airline will be offering the first direct flights from Atlanta to Marrakech, Morocco. This will make Marrakech the company's first destination in Morocco. The connection is operated three times a week on the Boeing 767-400ER, offering passengers a selection of different cabin classes, including Delta One and Premium Select.
Additionally, Delta will begin daily seasonal flights to Accra, Ghana from December 1, 2025. This connection is established to meet the increase in demand. The Delta responds to growing interest in travelling to these West African countries, providing passengers with better access to the region's diverse cultural and scenic attractions.
In addition to the new connections, Delta is also focusing on technical improvements. Currently, high-speed, free WiFi is available on international routes, including flights to Morocco and West Africa. Delta also continues to invest in expanding its hub in Atlanta to further strengthen its position as a global transportation hub.
