The MOU supports the Emirates' goal of promoting greater cooperation to enhance services by sharing expertise for the common good.

Mohamed Abdullah Rengawi said, “This mu strengthens our commitment to advancing the air ecosystem in Dubai through innovation and regulatory excellence. DCAA is responsible for managing the safe use of drones throughout the Emirates, in close coordination with other government agencies.
Ahmed Darwish al-Muhairi confirmed that the agreement marks a strategic step to leverage emerging technologies to improve service delivery in line with Dubai's laws and regulations. He highlighted IACAD's proactive approach to adapting workflows, providing high-quality services that meet the expectations of residents, and was consistent with his leadership vision for cohesive government integration.
He added: “This collaboration embodies our commitment to strengthening institutional partnerships, advance best practices, increase public sector efficiency and ensure greater alignment between the aspirations of our communities and Dubai's sustainable development journey.”
