British beach with party bar and cute sunsets of “Ibiza-like” | UK | Travel

While we don't deny the excitement of summer travel abroad, there are places in the northeast that rival the best when the sun shines and temperatures reach their 20s.

This place is compared to Ibiza thanks to its sandy beaches, seaside bars and stunning sunsets.

By Sunday 2022, you will be entering South Shields Beach, or Sandhaven, which has crowned Beach of the Year.

Comparing the sand and seas of South Tyneside to the party may compare it to a white island that is party-centric, but sunny afternoons in July or August can create a beach party-like atmosphere can.

Over these months, free Sunday concerts attract tens of thousands of people and are drawn to the park.

Venues such as new Sandial, Platform 33 and Sanddancers are packed into rafters both inside and outside, as DJs and live bands provide outdoor entertainment, Chronicle Live reports.

Imagine ordering a frozen strawberry daiquiri and being on vacation without even having to board a plane.

The South Shields share more than just amazing beaches and live music with Ibiza. It also boasts its own unique ocean beach.

Instead of a daybed, moet, or sushi platter, consider a carton of waltzers, slussies and tips.

Rather than being an expensive beach club, Shields' Ocean Beach is a popular theme park that attracts visitors all year round, and has also appeared in the hit show VERA.

Despite their aesthetic differences, both Ocean Beaches share celebrity customers. In a recent chat with the Chronicle, Perry Edwards revealed that he had taken his son Axel to O Beach in Shields.

Boasting a near-perfect 4.5/5 score on Trip Advisor, Sandhaven Beach is welcomed as a “great” spot. The UK Beach Guide is highly rated at 4 stars.

    One happy reviewer wrote:

Another equally impressed visitor wrote “first class beach with nice soft clean sand.”
