Beautiful British islands have covers, seals and dives from dozens to dozens of shipwrecks | Travel News | Travel

If you want a luxurious vacation with lots of wildlife, jaw-dropping scenery and wild cliffs, you don't have to fly halfway through the world to experience it.

There are groups of islands in the UK where everyone can enjoy.

The Fern Islands off Northumberland are an incredible place for Britain to see some of the most incredible wildlife that has to offer, from swallows to seals to scuba diving.

Of these 28 islands scattered across the sea, the largest and most famous is the inner Fern.

St Cuthbert, once a solitary monk who is famous for healing, is no one living on the island forever today, but they are managed by the National Trust Ranger, who stays on the island for several months at a time. It's a reserve.

Between April and July, island visitors can enjoy a large gathering of island acupoints while breeding and hunting fish in the North Sea.

The island is home to the easiest seal breeding colonies to see over several months of winter and autumn, and some have even discovered dolphin diving in the oceans outside the island.

If you have the right gear and are brave enough to sink under the frozen water off the coast, you can dive into one of dozens of shipwrecks scattered across the seabed surrounding the Fern Islands.

Time has not denied much of the ship anything, but there is still much to see.

Sovereign diving offers tours of these shipwrecks. Here, some locations have three or four separate sites.

This means that many boilers, props and engines lying on the seabed create reefs that are perfect for all wildlife.

This is good news for beginners too. Because some diving sites are shallow enough to be enjoyed as well as more experienced divers.
