Ryan Air has announced a major change that promotes anger among passengers.
The airline will introduce a plan to completely eliminate banknotes before summer, and will complete a complete transition to digital check -in.
Ryanair Group's CEO MICHAEL O'Leary states that this movement is to simplify both passengers and staff, and to reduce paper waste.
However, many are worried about the effects of changes in the elderly. Sabrina Escapes shared the news with Tiktok followers and promoted hundreds of anger.
“How does this affect the elderly generations who are not familiar with high -tech?” “And when the airline system is down? It's a great idea until the system goes down.”
Another person states: What a ridiculous rule! They are trying to make the reason completely difficult at all. “
“Some elderly people don't have a smartphone, so it's ridiculous,” said another user, saying, “I think it will cause confusion, especially for the elderly.”
“Great ideas. Save time for everyone, but it's always a good idea to prepare a copy of all paper in case of technology failing or calling.”
Another claim was: “The online system is a way that the old generation needs to get used to it. The times are changing. It is not difficult to adapt.”
RYANAIR's CEO noted that two -thirds of passengers have already used a digital path, and the procedures are already in place.
One difficulty is that Ryan Air does not fly to accept mobile board paths, including all airports in Turkey (excluding Dalaman), Morocco, and Tilana.
According to the airline website, customers traveling from these destinations need to check in online and print flight banknotes.
