With £ 40 million, you can be a new owner who is proud of the world's highest housing building.

Penthouse, which is proudly sitting on the 108th floor of Dubai's Burju Halifa, is the highest building in the 828 -meter world.

The apartment named “Sky Palace” is a 21,000 square -footed apartment on the second floor, and there is even a unique lift and 12 dedicated parking space.

An apartment 460 meters above the ground is currently a “shell” and requires about £ 4 million pounds.

Invest Dubai Real Estate (iDre) CEO Asad Khan has shown how to resurrect apartments using AI to get a glimpse of what they look like in appropriate finances.

He told Express: “The fact that this real estate is currently on the market for £ 40 million, and the fact that it is an empty shell means that potential buyers can accurately design and form the way they want a penthouse.

However, the real estate market in Dubai is currently booming, so it is a wonderful and unique investment opportunity.

“Since New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo have been listed from more than 2 million pounds, we hope that if SkyPalace is converted inside, it will be obtained at least 90 million pounds.”

Anyone who purchased the apartment can access all the boulevard facilities, including private lounges on the 123rd floor, outdoor jacuzzi, and 25 -meter swimming pool.

The new owners can choose private gate garden, children's play area, three gyms, tennis courts, and the Armani Hotel facilities.

The upper 40th floor of Burj Khalifa is currently a commercial office, and the other 900 apartments are occupied by 99 %.
