Ryan Air passengers to Lanslote were found to be fined by 100 pounds, finding that the straps of the bag were “a little too big.”
John Butler (50) claimed that he was stopped at Dublin Airport to take an airplane with his family last month, and that if he did not bring cash, the trip would be canceled.
John told the GB News that the staff had paid 50 pounds for two baggage carry -on baggage, as the staff told me that the strap was exceeding the size limit. John claims that the bag was attached to the measuring device. He also argued that Ryan Air staff confronted him and his family because they were the last passengers on the plane.
The sports therapist said the next moment he was in line, he said, “Please go down aside.” He said, “I, my wife, and two children stand aside, but I'm still wondering what this is.”
After that, I was told to put the bag on the measuring device. “It was OK, but she said it wasn't okay. She said the steering wheel was on it, and she just claimed it.”
When John filed an objection, the staff said that he would go to his daughter and his father would not be able to carry his daughter on an airplane unless he paid a 100 -pound fee. When a 50 -year -old man refused, the gate was closed, but he was told that he could open it again if he paid a fine.
John chose not to miss a 10 -day vacation, took out cash and demanded the staff's name. It is reported that she had turned her name tag over to hide her identity. John believes that it is common practice to charge customers at the end of the row.
“When we returned with the same contents as the exact same bag, no one asked about our bag,” he said. “In the cabin, all the stewardesses agreed that it was completely wrong.
“It seems that it is common for the last few people to be driven to the side,” he then filed a formal complaint and asked the airline to refund and apologize.
Ryan Air denied that it targeted the last passenger in the row. The airline spokeswoman said, “The passengers and their companions have booked a non -priority fare for this flight from Dublin to Lanslote Island, and have brought small personal bags on board.” Was stated.
“Two of these bags have exceeded the permit size, and the standard gate baggage fee (60 euros) was correctly charged to put an oversized bag in the cargo room.”
