Kenya Airlines and Air Tanzania have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to boost strategic cooperation and improve connectivity between East and South Africa, according to an official release.
Mu paves the way for deeper collaboration between Kenya Airlines and Tanzania, highlighting regional and international partnerships that prioritize cooperation over competition. The two careers leverage resources and internal strengths to drive sustainable and cost-effective growth.
The areas of collaboration outlined in the MOU include exchanging knowledge, expertise and best practices in various domains, including cargo operation, human resources training, engineering, aircraft maintenance, technical cooperation, maintenance and repair operations (MRO), safety, and innovation that reflects the shared ambitions of both airlines.
