ViaSat provides advanced satellite internet connectivity to Aeromexico's Embraer E190 Fleet
July 11, 2025, San Jose dos Campos, Brazil – embraer (NYSE: ERJ; B3: EMBR3), Viasat, Inc. , and Aeromexico announced the installation of advanced internet connectivity on Aeromexico's E190 Jets, further consolidating Airline's Freet for its customers. High-speed satellite connections through ViaSat's global KA band network allow Aeromexico passengers of these aircraft to stream movies and television, watch live sports, access the internet, send emails and connect to social networks while onboard.
So far, six Aeromexico Embraer E190 aircraft are equipped with Viasat's advanced Wi-Fi technology, allowing customers to enjoy a fast and reliable internet connection. The installation of Viasat's in-flight Wi-Fi solutions, which are on a total of 34 E190s for the remaining 28 aircraft, is currently underway.
