Jet2 has made major changes to its food options as it rolls out a new menu on all flights starting in July.
Budget airlines will launch a new kids menu onboard from July 1st, offering a variety of delicious options for young children to enjoy. Young people can choose from ham and cheese sandwiches, Freddie's fruit bar raspberries, my favorite bear chocolate biscuits, or six packs of Oreo. Goods can be purchased as a meal deal for £6, including sandwiches, one of three snacks, a bottle of Harrogate, or a sparkling spring water, or fruit chutes of apple or blackcurrant. Times are priced at £3.20, with a sandwich price of £1.90 for snacks and £2.00 for drinks, and Times can be purchased individually.
Jet2 rolled out a new dietary agreement for adults starting July 1, including sandwiches, toast or wraps, packets of potato chips, £10 or sweet treats, or £12.50 if customers add alcoholic drinks.
The launch of the new kids' menu comes after Jet2 unveils the new Summer 25 menu, which is on all flights.
This includes new additions, including an afternoon tea box with jam and cream scones, a hot drink from Costa Coffee and nine new soft drinks from Coca-Cola.
Jet2 worked with Costa Coffee this May to offer passengers five coffee options, including Americano, Latte, Salted Caramel Latte, Cappuccino and Decaf Americano.
The addition of Costa Coffee and Coca-Cola will provide more options for passengers on the flight, following customer surveys and feedback from JET2 customers.
“We're looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
“We offer customers more options when traveling on award-winning flights, so you'll want to enjoy some delicious snacks as these new additions to the menu take off on a delicious holiday.
“We take pride in providing VIP customer service in every area, extending to the food and drink options we offer to our customers on our flights.
“We are confident that the new menu will be a hit among holiday makers and look forward to the new additions coming up in the air.”
