Scotland's most popular water park has won the crown, and is set to resume early after undergoing a major makeover.
The time capsule in Court Bridge, North Lanarkshire has been closed since March to implement an essential upgrade.
The piece was initially expected to take up to six months, but it was later announced that the attraction would open the door again in a few weeks.
The North Lanarkshire Council confirmed that a lot of work has been done under the park, including replacing old pumps, outdated wiring, air blowers and upgrades to electrical panels.
Active NL has shared the video on social media and sneak peaked the iconic facility with a new look to people.
Captioned. “It has been a busy few months to recharge our Time Capsule Water Park and we are pleased to announce that we are expected to reopen in late July.
“We are excited to welcome visitors as we enter the final stages of our most important upgrade to the water park for over 30 years.
“Some of the features, such as chip buckets, are not working yet, but we are committed to a step-by-step work programme to restore them.”
They also thanked visitors “for their understanding and patience” during downtime and urged them to keep an eye on further updates.
The time capsule, just 25 minutes outside Glasgow, has been named the UK's top pool timeout list.
Its features include a 25m swimming pool, tsunami wave pathways, wave machines, fun waterways, other fun rhymes, and the Ripudido River.
Plus, there is a leisure complex that boasts well-equipped gym facilities, soft play areas and even an ice rink.
The mega attractions are popular nationwide and attract around 700,000 visitors a year. This is between £3.55 and £6.85 per person.
