    IIEHSM offers eight courses to choose from, including advanced certificates in hospitality management

    IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management (IIEHSM) offers eight courses to select career paths in the hospitality industry, opening up diverse opportunities around the world.

    Studying at hospitality schools provides a comprehensive skill set of customer service, communication, leadership and adaptability, allowing graduates to develop transferable soft skills that are suitable for diverse careers within the hospitality and service industry while also developing valuable transferable soft skills in many other areas.

    One of the courses available in IIEHSM (An Advanced Certificate of Hospitality Management) equips learners with the knowledge, skills, values ​​and attitudes needed to effectively manage and guide hospitality sectors and small facilities within a complex and competitive hospitality environment.

    The IIE Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Management opens up a world of opportunities to develop confidence, professionalism and business expertise. With skills and mindset, students pursue their interests and passions worldwide, create extraordinary experiences, and provide opportunities to run and run businesses at all levels.

    It is offered as a full-time, one-year course at the IIEHSM campuses in Johannesburg and Cape Town. It can also be done online for 2-3 years.

    The IIE Advanced Certificate for Hospitality Management consists of the following modules:

    HR ManagementSmall Business ManagementHospitality Leadership Accommodation and Front Office ManagementHospitality MarketingHospitality Business Improvement Plan HospitalityWell Being WorkIntegrated Learning

    Career opportunities include:

    Hotel Manager Front Office Manager Restaurant Manager Entrepreneur Academic Manager

    Learners are equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills to demonstrate the integrated capabilities of accountability, ethical behavior, and future-focused problem-solving approaches within the context of an industry that continues to face internal and external challenges.

    Other courses offered at IIEHSM include: Bachelor of Service Management. High IIE certificate while traveling. Certificates on IIE for Hospitality Management (online); higher certificates in Service Management. Advanced Diplomas of Hospitality Leadership (Online) and higher certificates in event management.
