Spain/International. The exceptional frontline and back employees of the Travel Food & Beverage world were recognized at the finale of the Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference at Hilton diagonal Mar Barcelona this afternoon (June 26th).
Now in its fifth year, the Fab Superstars Award highlights dorsers, greeters, and those who quietly carry small, thoughtful touches and acts of service.
The competition was reviewed by Nick Inkster, a highly respected consultant who spent 25 years in senior SSP positions, and Kevin Zajax, CEO and former CEO and managing director of Emirates Leisure Retail Trippa White Group.
Introducing the award, Martin Moodie, founder and chairman of Moodie Davitt's report, said:
