    Royal Air Marock China

The Royal Malloc in Morocco has experienced the seventh place in the dramatic fall as major airlines from Singapore, Qatar, China, South Africa, Egypt, Canada and the Middle East dominates the rankings of Skytrax's 25 global airlines with world-class service and passenger satisfaction. This sharp drop highlights the growing competition in the aviation industry, highlighting the urgent need for airlines to modernize operations, enhance customer experiences and reestablish their position among top global and African careers.

As global and African rivals move forward, Royal Airmallock turns 70 on Skytrax's 205 global rankings.

Moroccan flag carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has witnessed a marked decline in its global position after falling to 70th in the 2025 SkyTrax World Airline rankings. The drop is significantly lower than the airline's 55th position last year, highlighting a shift in passenger sentiment and growing competition across the aviation industry.

The SkyTrax rankings released this week are one of the most respected in the aviation category. These rankings are based on one of the broadest international airline satisfaction surveys that gather insights from millions of passengers around the world. Passengers will be asked to evaluate the airline based on a variety of criteria, including cabin cleanliness, onboard comfort, food and drink quality, staff service both on the ground and airborne, boarding efficiency, and overall value of the amount.

SkyTrax employs a strict methodology that ensures a fair comparison between carriers of all sizes. The survey is open to all airlines around the world and uses a balanced scoring system, allowing small or regional airlines to compete on equal terms with larger international airlines. Travelers were also invited to appoint and vote for an airline that appears to provide the best overall flying experience, making it a comprehensive snapshot of current passenger preferences.

In the latest rankings, Qatar Airways secured the number one spot worldwide, Singapore Airlines ranked second, and Cathay Pacific Airways took the third highest global position. These airlines are consistently recognized for excellent service quality, in-flight innovation and consistent customer satisfaction. Their strong rankings reflect passenger comfort, fleet upgrades and sustained investments in premium hospitality.

In contrast, the decline in Royal Airmallock's rankings could illustrate some underlying issues. It may point to rising expectations of customers that are not completely met and increasing competition with regional and international airlines that have raised service standards. As the aviation industry recovers and adapts after the pandemic, airlines are under pressure to distinguish themselves through service excellence, punctuality and on-board experiences.

Regionally, Lam is currently ranked 6th among African Airlines, with Ethiopian Airlines holding the top spot in Africa. This is caused by Air Mauritius, Rwandare, South African Airlines and Egyptian Airlines. In particular, Ethiopian Airlines continues to strengthen its position as the continent's aviation leader through strategic expansion, new aircraft and a strong safety record. The performance of other African airlines in the rankings also shows that they focus on passenger experiences across the region.

A Royal Airmallock fall can be attributed to a variety of factors. Delays, service inconsistencies, or dated onboard amenities may play a role in reducing customer satisfaction. Additionally, global partnerships and codeshare agreements are restructuring traveler connectivity options, and RAM may need to improve competitive advantages to maintain associations between increasingly discerning passengers.

Despite the set-up, Royal Airmallock remains an important player in the aviation environment in Africa and around the world. The airline operates flights to more than 80 destinations in Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East and other international markets. As a member of the OneWorld Alliance, RAM benefits from increased global connectivity and access to broader network partnerships, allowing passengers to enjoy seamless travel across multiple continents.

Ram also plays an important economic and strategic role in Morocco's transportation infrastructure. Located at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, the hub serves as a gateway between North Africa and other regions. Airline positioning makes it a key enabler of trade, tourism and business connectivity between Morocco and West Africa.

To regain the Traveler Trust and climb the rankings, Royal Air Maroc needs to consider strengthening its service standards, expanding its staff development initiative, and upgrading its aircraft fleet to meet modern expectations. Passenger expectations continue to evolve, especially as other airlines invest heavily in digital experiences, sustainability measures and providing luxurious cabins.

As we move forward, the competitive ability of RAM depends not only on the expansion of the route network, but also on the refinement of service quality and reliability. With the aviation industry becoming more competitive and customer-centric, a new focus on the passenger experience is essential for airlines to improve their position in the future SkyTrax rankings.

As global airlines in Singapore, Qatar, China, South Africa, Egypt, Canada and the Middle East soar in Skytrax's 25 rankings, Royal Airmallock faces a sharp decline, raising concerns about its competitive position.

In conclusion, the 2025 SkyTrax results show a moment of reflection for Royal Airmallock, but also offer the opportunity to recalibrate and update the commitment to excellence in the airline's outstanding commitment to excellence. With its strong regional presence, strategic international partnerships and growth in its global footprint, RAM is well positioned to rise again.
