Wine lovers are invited to join the Indiva Tasting Room on an unforgettable evening with Paul Wallace Wines, Elgin's famous boutique estate, on Friday, July 11th, 2025.

The evening will be unfolded with a welcome drink upon arrival, followed by a curated tasting of Paul Wallace's acclaimed Cool Climet wine. Guests guide each pour by the Wallace family themselves, sharing anecdotes from the vineyards, insight into the philosophy of winemaking, and the inspiration behind each vintage.

From their Reflection Chardonnay, which was recently awarded Double Gold at the 2025 Wine Challenge, to Brave Heart Pinot Noir 2022 and Little Flight Sauvignon Blanc 2024, both proud recipients of double platinum acclaim, this is a tasting lineup that you can't miss.

Dinner is served in generous and family-style fashion. It is designed to gather guests around a long table and enjoy evening wine and thoughtful seasonal fares. Expect a cozy festive atmosphere filled with laughter, storytelling and clinks of glasses.

Paul Wallace Wines is renowned for his authenticity, passion and true love for people and places. Their vineyards, located in the Elgin Valley, produce wines that are as friendly and honest as the team behind them. This event offers something unusual

An opportunity to directly engage with the family behind the label and experience wines that were meant to be enjoyed: delicious food and in great company.
