Oceans 8 Charity Swim has returned to Veth's Beach in Durban from June 14th to 16th, giving it a chance for one mile competitors to win Stanley Quencher and Revive Electrolyte Mixed Pack!
This spectacular open water swim is founded by a charity for charities, and one mile produces 10 sustainable funding worthy of KZN NPOs. Nicci Carvalho, spokesman for the event, explained: “A mile attendees need to source R800 from the charity, which is only 8 to R100. You'll be amazed at how quickly your friends, family and colleagues gather around you when you hear what you're doing and why.
The Oceans 8 community is packed with swimmers of all levels, ages 12 to 70 and above, gathering for shared causes. There's no pressure. Just support and celebration. If you can swim, you can make a difference! ” Online entry ends on June 12th, but swimmers can still sign up at Veth's Beach.
