Newmark Hotels & Reserves has announced the addition of two new Safari properties, the growing African River Lodge in South Africa, and the Thitaka Lodge in Namibia, which are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026. Include curated game drives, bushwalks and powerful conservation focus.
Namibia's Titaka Lodge, a new development located in Buwabuwata National Park along the Kwand River, is making its Newmark debut in the country. Designed as a luxurious tent camp, the lodge offers 15 units including family and private pool villas located near the Key Elephant Corridor in the Zambezi region. The lodge offers full board hospitality, with game drives and boat outings showing the region's rich biodiversity. Both openings reflect Newmark's ongoing strategy to expand high-end, experience-driven safari products across the continent.
