Taag Angola Airlines announces an increase in flight frequency across the region's major routes, meeting increased demand and improving connectivity within the South and Central Africa. Starting June 4th, the carrier will run 4 flights to Maputo (Mozambique) five times a week, increasing service to Cape Town from 9-10 weekly flights, including two operations per day on a given day. Flights to Johannesburg rise from 7 to 9 per week, with Brazzaville (Republic of the Congo) being offered three times a week.

The airline said the move is part of a network optimization strategy aimed at boosting both business and leisure travel across the region. The TAAG highlighted as a major factor in its expansion in local tourism, trade and cultural exchanges, strengthening Angola's position as a strategic aviation hub for intra-Africa connectivity.
