Globe Trotting tourists appear in the “boring” Canary Islands, say “within three days” | Travel News | Travel

Tourists at Grovetlotting were laid in the “boring” Canary Islands and recommended that tourists stay “within three days”. EVA, also known as @TravelGirl423 on Tiktok, has revealed six locations that won't come back based on a large trip.

Typical tourist hotspots including Dubai and Los Angeles – made Eva feel calm. However, the Canary Islands have received particularly disappointing reviews. Despite welcoming more than 1 million tourists each month, Eva quickly became bored, saying she was lacking in activity on the island.

She writes: “The beach is gorgeous, but literally there's nothing to do and the food wasn't very good. It really got boring. I wouldn't recommend going for more than three days.”

But not everyone agreed to the cut review, and one person said, “I've been to them all and you can make it as adventurous or quiet as you want. I'll refrain from other your recommendations.”

Another addition: “The Canary Islands are amazing – the north and villages of Tenerife are beautiful, the most authentic Spanish cuisine. You just have to do your research and think outside the box.”

However, one visitor agreed to Eva and replied, “I went to Gran Canaria and it was a very boring holiday, the food was a bad haha, a really beautiful island.”

The Canary Islands are so popular among tourists that locals are demanding a cap on the number of tourists to maintain the island's environment and culture.

Recently, an estimated 100,000 people who protested Tenerife tourists on Sunday, May 18th were organized by the activist group Canarias Tiene Un Limite.

Locals have called for tourism regulations and raised concerns about a lack of affordable housing.

The environment is also unhappy as the island's infrastructure is unable to support the huge swath of tourists visiting during peak season.
