Cornwall Beach has crowned “Best in the UK” after its idyllic location was revealed on social media. The Tiktok Account, a hidden British gem, featured breathtaking footage from the area, featuring crystal blue waters, waterfalls and caves.
The beach is reached by a 20-minute walk down the quaint country lanes from a nearby village near Penzance. Nanzizal Beach (also known as Milbay), identified by Zip Code TR19 7AH, is a cove surrounded by civil parishes of the Citizens Levan.
One Tiktok user gushed out in response to a short clip from the UK Hidden Gems. Another recent visitor added: “It was amazing. The water also looked blue!
Third praise: “A beautiful spot in Nanjizar… a wonderful walk from Porchura.” Fourth expressed his gratitude: “Ah, thank you for this.”
However, others recommended that you take caution when visiting the beach. “I went two weeks ago!” shared by 1 Tiktok user. “It's just beautiful and special. But we ended up walking from the field under a steep rock.
Another word of caution: “Beware of the killer rocks that you have to cross to the beginning of the beach. I couldn't even see the cave when I broke my wrist.”
Meanwhile, local spots have been added.
Tourists have offered advice to people driving to the location, saying, “To get to this, the roads are very tight. Driving confident is a must. And that's a long walk from your car up to this.”
Cornwall One praises Nanjizar Beach for its untouched splendor. “Nanjizal Beach is a small thing, a secluded gem that retains its natural cornish charm.
The site also highlights the rich wildlife of the region. “It's a bird's heaven with a variety of bird species, especially Schiffchaff, White Throat and Black Cap. The marine wildlife here is vast even with the addition of bluefin tuna to the county these days.”
Meanwhile, for those planning a visit, Cornwall Beach Guide provides important information about accessibility. “Nanzi Zar is a cozy White Sand Beach with fantastic views heading towards the Karnboel promontory near the edge of the land. Nanzi Zar has no facilities or parking, and the beach is accessible by walking.
“Access will take you through coastal paths from either Pausguwara, Land's End or Sennen Cove. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from Pausguwara to Nanzizal Beach. Final access to Nanzizal Beach will take you through steep stairs.”
Dogs are permitted in Nanjizaar Beach all year round, but it is important to note that there is no lifeguard cover and no toilet nearby.
