Brits planning on traveling to Sunny Benidorme on their holidays have been warned to be on alert as their destinations are “busier than ever.” Frank, who lived in Spain for about 15 years, said there is one thing tourists need to be careful about when visiting – and that's very important. He said crime has become a bit of a problem in hot spots, and he said burglars are targeting tourists. He shared some important advice people think need to know before their trip.
Frank said there are more crimes recently under Frank the Stagman in Tiktok, but there are things he can do to prevent him from becoming targeted. He said it was all “numbers games.”
In the video, he said: “Like Benidorm exploded – it's exploding with tourism – it's busier than ever. My company is already selling 2026, so that's a sign that we're going to be busy and busy.
“So, back to crime. Crime, it's the same as anything else. It all comes down to the game of numbers. The problem is that Benidorm explodes and is visually at a place where money is available.
“Remember, it's all a number game. The more tourists there are, the more criminals there will be, the more thieves will focus on coming to Benidorm. So, it's really, really simple – if you don't want to lose it, don't bring it.”
If you have valuable items you don't want to lose, Frank said it's best to keep them at home. According to him, some things are just not worth the risk.
He said if you don't bring anything expensive with you, you won't have anything to worry about. He told people to give him advice as a warning not to get mad on their holidays.
Frank urged people to “have all the good things at home” in order to avoid being a victim of crime. That may sound dramatic, but he insisted that it is the perfect thing for people to do over the long term.
If you do this, he said you should be able to enjoy yourself and have a “easier” time as you don't have to worry about you becoming a pick pocket. He just wants people to give them all the advice they can before visiting, and they want to make the most of their time abroad.
The video has been viewed hundreds of times since it was shared, and people were also sharing their own thoughts right away. Some people said the resort portion could be “dangerous” at night.
“This is good advice for places you travel to. If you show off it, you'll lose it. Thieves look at you. Remember that. They are clever, they will work things out.”
Another addition: “I'm glad you raised this subject. It has to stop.” The third replied: “I will never take all the money out with me at night. I always leave most of it in the hotel and take what I think I need.”
Some said their experience in Benidorm was amazing. The fourth writes:
Someone else said, “I love Benidorm and it doesn't matter where I go. Crime is always everywhere.”
