Ethiopian Airlines, Africa's most profitable airline, is expanding its network further by signing plans to launch two daily flights to Lagos.

The airline said starting July 1, 2025, Nigerian passengers will increase their Lagos options on daily flights.

The extra flights offer immediate connections to many African and Asian destinations. These extra flights have immediate connections that reduce the total flight time for passengers.

According to the airline, there are four night flights at 10pm and three flights at 5:40am. Daily noon flights remain the same. Only additional flights vary. Night departure from Lagos et 902 arriving at Addis at 10pm and 5:20am

According to Mrs. Firiehiwot Mekonnen, Area Manager of Ethiopian Airlines in Nigeria, “We are delighted to offer more flights and options from Lagos. These additional flights will help improve the service delivery of travelers and reduce traveller costs.”

Ethiopians have been flying to Nigeria since 1960 and have contributed to the market with the latest aircraft in the world, including the A350-1000 and the B787 Dreamliner. Connect Lagos to over 140 global destinations.
