Three were taken to the hospital and dozens were evacuated after carbon monoxide leaked at the popular five-star Majong Can Hotel. An alarm was raised at the Nixe Palace Hotel in Parma on Friday evening after the ninth time two guests began to suffer from dizziness and discomfort.
I was feeling very unwell, and the two on vacation warned the reception before losing consciousness. The hotel's medical staff members also felt sick. Sam, a Spanish emergency medical service, rushed to the scene and took two guests and one hotel staff to the hospital. The hotel boasts 133 5-star beachfront rooms near the heart of Palma de Mallorca, and was forced to close the ninth floor where toxic gases are reportedly accumulated.

The 35-year-old, said to be the most severely affected, has been moved to Krainica Geneda, a general hospital in Mallorca. Her condition is currently improving and is said to be stable.
A 58-year-old Swedish man was taken to Clinica Logger, a hospital in Palma, and was in moderate symptoms.
A 40-year-old third party was treated for mild addiction and was admitted to Palma's son Espers University Hospital.
After investigating the scene, Palma firefighters confirmed that the leak was caused by a burning problem in the hotel kitchen, rising carbon monoxide and building up on the ninth floor.
Firefighters used gas detectors to perform reads throughout the building.
Guests were allowed to return to the facility and kickstart the holiday again after being declared safe. The 9th floor remains publicly closed.
