MOU outlines a comprehensive framework for collaboration, including the initiation and scaling of cargo flights between Zhengzhou and Riyadh. It also includes dual hub strategies, Zhengzhou and Riyadh arrangements, as well as Zhengzhou and Riyadh as strategic hubs for connecting Asia Pacific to each other.
The collaboration will also focus on cargo and logistics innovation, with enhanced digital cargo operations, cross-border e-commerce, and sustainability initiatives to promote efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The partnership will also support the cooperation of the airport economy, promoting the integration of bonded logistics, free trade zones and airside industries to promote trade growth and attract investment. Key aspects also include investigating regulatory integrity, technical and financial cooperation, and investment opportunities in Zhengzhou's high-tech and aviation sectors.
