Discovery Channel Africa will walk with the elephants at DSTV Channel 121 on Wednesday, April 16th at 8:05pm. The series highlights both the natural sights and survival challenges these elephants face.
The program highlights the declining elephant population (currently estimated to be below 450,000) due to poaching, habitat loss and conflicts in human life. This release presents a nature-themed special that aims to form part of the channel's wider Earth Day programming, including the Environmental Marathon on Tuesday, April 22nd, and raise awareness about global conservation issues.
