According to its official website, the next popular port is Aygile. This is very popular among young people. “Aegiari is the second harbor on Amorgos Island. It is a very popular place among young people as it has a campsite.
“Along the vibrant waterfront, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. Three picturesque villages, sitting on the mountainside beyond Aegiani, are Salaria, Ragkada and Potamo.
However, there are no airports in Amorgos. You will need to arrive in Athens first and take a ferry to the island. Alternatively, you can fly to the nearest international airport (Santorini & Mykonos) and then take the ferry to Amorgos.
